There is so much to do in Aspen in the summer! Here is what our perfect summer day in Aspen looks like.
9:00 am - Breakfast at The Little Nell’s Element 47

11:30 am - Paddle Boarding on Stillwater
Paddleboarding Stillwater is one of the best summertime activities in Aspen. Rent paddle boards from a local shop or buy your own! We highly recommend checking out High Society paddle boards if you are looking to buy. They were founded in Aspen in 2003 and continue to be a fan favorite among the local crowd.
Make sure to arrange a ride because parking can be difficult. Launch your paddleboards at Wildwood School and float down the river toward the pedestrian bridge. Don’t forget to bring a lot of sunscreen because it can take up to two hours to float! In addition, be mindful of wildlife, secure your items, and don’t play music. You may get lucky and spot some animals. This is a favorite hangout spot for moose!
1:30 pm - Lunch at Pyramid Bistro
Pyramid Bistro is the hidden gem of Aspen. They are located in Explore Bookstore on Main Street and have an amazing menu, ambiance, and service. They are a “nutritious restaurant” and everything on their menu is very healthy and delicious. This is clean eating at its finest!
